Gaining knowledge through reading and experience is my passion and as a writer I enjoy sharing my understanding of things with others. When it comes to parenting, I favour parental instinct and common sense over elaborate methodologies and I believe that the more natural the means the better. Although the importance of accurate information is indisputable, other factors such as care, support and encouragement of friends, family and health professionals play an equally important role in family life and development.
